Today I went to Planet Beach and got in the hydration station and I left feeling awake and like a new person. I never get to do stuff for myself. I leave the house on Saturday mornings and that is supposed to be my time but I’m usually grocery shopping or something. I am alone but I’m still doing things for Natty or Stevie.

Laying in that bed and letting the steam cover my body was so relaxing. I want to do it everyday. Now my skin feels so smooth. I love taking time out for me, I’m going to force myself to find more time for me from now on.
