I went to Austin for the weekend and we went to the movies twice.  Not because we even wanted to see any of the movies really, but because Austin is home to the best movie theater ever!  You so have got to make a trip just to go to the Alamo Drafthouse.  It’s like a regular theater, but every other row has been pulled and they put in basically a bar/table.  Waiters come around and you order food and drinks.  That’s right…drinks!  Beer (by the bucket, pitcher, glass or bottle) or wine (glass or bottle, even champagne - at good prices).  The food’s really good too!  So plan your next weekend getaway to a Drafthouse location in Austin or San Antonio.  Do it and you’ll never want to go to the stupid Palace again.   :)   - Annette
