I caught only part of your show this evening. :-( Now, do I remember your personal trainer saying that you could include some raw oats in the mixture?
This is quite palatable; I’m going to give it a try!

I heard your show about these smoothies but missed what the benifits are? Healthy or too loose weight or both? I caught the baby wipes but am sure thats not a benifit.
