    I enjoy your show, but I have one comment for you.

    When you’re engaging in a discussion with a studio guest or with your audience, you frequently begin sentences with the phrase, “Us women” which gives me a little cringe when I hear it.
    I think you would be able to convey your thought more effectively if you began your sentence with “We women”.
    The term “us” is typically used in sentences as an object to which the action happens. For example: “The little girl threw the ball at us”. When you want to refer to a person or persons that will be the subject of your sentence, it is proper begin the sentence with a pronoun such as “I”, “you”, or “we”.

    Just a thought… But otherwise, keep up the good work!
