Kim Barnouin is a former model who holds a Masters of Science degree in Holistic Nutrition. She and co-author Rory Freedman also wrote the New York Times bestseller Skinny Bitch in the Kitch, Skinny Bitch: Bun in the Oven, and the journal Skinny Bitchin.
