I caught a few minutes of your show last night on my way home from work, love your show, and the great tips your guest always give. I would love the recipe for the energy smoothie you were talking about. As soon as I got home I went to the website to see if it was posted and alas.... I had missed it completly. The world is truly better off if I don't try to write while I'm driving, so can you help me out?
thanks and keep up the great conversations.
