Hello. I have had a dream that’s been on my mind. It was a few weeks ago and my dream was about me being with my boyfriend and his family up in the mountain’s but all the sudden i see this spaceship come down to land and humans come out of it, but they have no hands. We try to run for the car but dont make it in time, i look at my boyfriend but he has the human things around him so i grab for him, but they try to get me away from him saying “you dont know eachother in our time.” They say that a few times then i wake up.
Whats it about? Been kinda bugging me. If you could help that would be great. Thanks.

Something you said on the radio tonight caught my attention. You told a caller that “you didn’t think her dream meant anything but it sounded like she had a sleep disorder” I’ve had a problem all my life (I’m almost 40) which bothers me…I have a hard time waking in the mornings especially if I’ve had more that 5-6 hours of sleep and I have dark, bizarre dreams that make it even harder to wake up. Even though the dreams are not good ones, I can’t seem to get out of them and it makes me sooo groggy. If I nap during the day, the dreams are even more intense. It’s like I cant get out of the dream state. It makes my husband crazy that he can’t wake me up on weekends. I know he thinks I’m just being lazy but I have always felt it’s something more…I feel like it lessens my quality of life and I’ve been to embarrased to tell a dr about it. Can you please, please give me some feedback?
