Ethan Holmes’ Crock Pot Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

6 FROZEN Boneless, Skinless Chicken breasts unthawed

1 pkg dry onion soup mix

1/2 cup low sodium chicken stock

1/2 cup roughly chopped dried apricots

1/2 cup white wine

1 cup apricot jam

Throw it all in your crock pot, set it to low, and let it cook for 6 hours.  Keep the lid on.  You’re done!
