Ethan’s Healthier Macaroni and Cheese

1/2 cup Skim Milk
1 cup (8 oz) Cottage Cheese
4 Tablespoons Grated Parmesean Cheese
Pinch Salt
Pinch ground black pepper
3 Cups Elbow Pasta
Grated Low Fat Cheese (Any Variety)
Bake for 10 Minutes at 350 degrees
