Master Cleanse

I do the master cleanse twice a year and it works. Getting through the 1st 3 days it the toughest, but I drink the lemonade mixture (water, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and grade b maple syrup. when i feel the hunger pains, i drink either plain water or the mixture. there is enough nutrients in the lemon juice and maple syrup to keep your body healthy it just brings your body to a level of getting rid of toxins and eating up that nasty fat. you’re supposed to do it for 10 days. i made for 5 the first time. also, you’re supposed to drink a water/sea salt solution in the morning, who ever does that should go find a shrink, it’s NUTS! but i do drink the smooth move tea which help get the poop out nicely. :o) it’s easier than you think. but, it’s best to have supportive people around you encouraging you and helping you along instead of putting a cupcake or burger in front of you. i usually have a huge boost of energy while i’m doing th e clease, but everyone is different so you should read up on it (i have a .pdf version I can email). there have been times where i’ve list 25-32ish pounds and that’s just during the cleanse. afterwards you have to ease into eating by starting with healthy foods. after the cleanse, you crave that soda and chocolate a WHOLE lot less. and, it’s actually good to do, kind of like a clean slate for your body.
