4 quarts popped popcorn (Filter out the seeds)
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/3 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pop Popcorn and filter seeds. Take all the ingrediants except the baking soda and place in a microwave safe bowl and melt for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the baking soda. Place back in microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Then pour evenly over the popcorn and stir. To make things even easier, you can pour the popcorn in a brown grocery paper bag and then pour the carmel on and SHAKE!
