Good Ole’ Sangria Viva Espana for Kim and Casey on the Kim Iverson Your Time with Kim Iverson Show Ya’ll
1 lemon
1 lime
- 1 orange
- 1 1/2 cups rum
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry red wine
- 1 cup orange juice(fresh squeezed)
Directions:
1. Slice up the lemon, lime and oranges, place into a glass pitcher. Next, dump in the sugar and orange juice. Then mix in the rum. Now, add the Red Wine. Place the pitcher into the fridge and let it chill for 2 hours. Now, when you’re ready to serve……Pour over ice and garnish with a lemon, lime or orange slice.
Basily White Peach Sangria
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup loosely picked fresh basil leaves
- 3 1/2 cups peach nectar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- 1 (750 milliliter) either Pinot Grigio or a Non-Oaked Non Buttery Chardonnay
Mix everything together in a pitcher. Park the pitcher in your fridge and wait a couple of hours. Pour this into ice filled wine goblets and garnish with a wedge of lime!!

4 oz 70% chocolate
3/4 cup butter
2 cups white sugar 3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2. Microwave chocolate and butter or margarine in large bowl at HIGH for 2 minutes or until butter or margarine is melted.
3. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts.
4. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 35 minutes (do not overbake).
WHILE BROWNIES ARE BAKING
Mix 1 pt of chopped strawberries, 1/4 cup of Grand Marnier, 3 tablespoons sugar in a bowl and let sit on the counter.
Serve with your favorite vanilla ice cream
