500? how?

The other day I worked out and only burned 500 calories.  This is a big miss since I’m used to pulling around 800 per workout.  In non-workout related terms, thats about 3 bud lights worth of difference! lol  Turns out my body was too beat up to go kick into the next level.  On Saturday I helped a friend move for 6 hours, did a bunch of stuff around the house on Sunday and then worked out Monday morning AND THEN played a softball game that night.  By the time Tuesday came around, my body was wrecked.  I guess rest is important huh?  I was given orders not to workout on Wednesday, so that my body could rest.  Worked out well for Wednesday-I almost hit 800 calories.  Guess I’m back to normal.  Hard to believe I went from not doing enough a little over a year ago to overworking.  And yes, I’ll be hitting the gym Friday morning….dont worry, I dont plan on doing anything major this weekend. :)
