Workout music

I work out 5 times a week and with each of those workouts, I listen to B93.7.  Now, I understand that some people listen to i-pods and often folks ask me why I don’t own one.  Well, I run a 100,000 watt i-pod for a living and don’t really need one. :)  All the songs I want to listen to while I am working out are on the radio.

But, in case you own an i-pod and want to use it while working out, here’s the perfect B93.7 approved playlist for 30 minutes on the treadmill.
