Pumpin’ the iron!

A lot of people have asked about my workout.  So here’s what i’ve been doing for the past few weeks.  I started a new regime this week…

I don’t do all of these every day.  My workout consists of a combination of these exercises.  Feel free to try em all at once if you want, but don’t blame me if you cant walk or move the next day! 

Dumbell Press:  Set 1…10 X 45lbs, Set 2…10 X 45lbs, Set 3…10 X 50lbs, Set 4…10 X 50lbs

Dumbell Flys:  Set 1…10 X 40lbs, Set 2…10 X 40lbs, Set 3…10 X 40lbs

Dumbell Rows:  Set 1…12 X 25lbs, Set 2…12 X 30lbs, Set 3…12 X 35lbs, Set 4…12 X 35lbs

Lat pulldown:  Set 1…12 X 75lbs, Set 2…12 X 75lbs, Set 3…12 X 75lbs

Hanging Leg Raises:  Set 1…20 crunches, Set 2…20 crunches, Set 3…20 crunches, Set 4…20 alternating (side to side) crunches

Overhead press w/ dumbells:  Set 1…12 X 25lbs, Set 2…12 X 30lbs, Set 3…10 X 35lbs, Set 4…10 X 35lbs

Bicep curl:  Set 1…20 X 40lbs, Set 2…12 X 50lbs, Set 3…12 X 50lbs, Set 4…12 X 50lbs

Tricep pushdowns:  Set 1…12 X 90lbs, Set 2…12 X 90lbs, Set 3…12 X 90lbs, Set 4…10 X 50lbs

Step ups:  Set 1…20 X 20lbs, Set 2…20 X 25lbs, Set 3…20 X 30lbs

I also do lunges, leg presses and a few other leg exercises, but this should give those who are asking, a better idea of what I am doing at 6am at the Life Center in Simpsonville.
