Fall is coming guys yaaaaay! It’s my favorite season:) That means pumpkins will be everywhere! Did you know pumpkin seeds are super good for you? Well they are and you can incorporate them in tons and TONS of recipes! They help lower cholesterol and can reduce your risk of diabetes! Hells yes! Oh and they are yummy. I always put some pumpkin seeds along with fresh fruit in my cereal and it’s to die for! You can buy them packaged at the store or make them yourself after carving your pumpkin for Halloween!
