
I don’t know about you, but I love chips and dip! LOVES IT! Well since I’m constantly dieting I have to be crafty when enjoying my favorite snacks. For example, hummus is one of my all time favorite dips. Sooooo…instead of pita or flat bread, I use veggie wedges. Zucchini, peppers, cucumber, carrots…they’re all delicious and waaaay healthier. Plus this is a great way to incorporate more veggies into your diet. Just put one or two servings of hummus (or other dip) into a small bowl and have at it. Just remember not to go too crazy on the dip lol (it’s easy to do if you’re not paying attention). Enjoy!
