High Fiber Yumminess!

So my boy and I are trying to lose a few lbs before going to Florida in December!  Hey gotta look hot frolicking on the beach haha!  Anyway…while grocery shopping for healthy foods we found this!  I’m a big oatmeal nerd!  When I was little, I used to eat the maple and brown sugar kind topped with bananas with my Grammy!  So I love it!  I picked up two boxes!  Each packet has 10 grams of fiber!!!  Oh the stats…160 calories, 2 grams of fat, and about 3 WW POINTS!  If you’re not a banana person, any fruit tastes awesome with both flavors, so go stock up!!!  Click the pic for more.  PS…if you’re trying to lower your cholesterol…this is a great breakfast option for you:)
