
I know this isn’t news, but with the temperatures up in the freakin’ 100’s this week I figured today’s tip would be an oldie but a goodie! DRINK LOTS AND LOTS of WATER! Yesterday I was weeding my boyfriend’s backyard for 2 hours and I nearly died it was so hot! So if you’re outside at all this week make sure you drink plenty of water, the heat is seriously dangerous. I love to chew ice so if you’re getting the munchie’s…grab a glass of ice water. The H2O will fill you up and chewing the ice will give you the illusion of eating without taking in any calories. You can also make ice pops during the summer to cool yourself down and keep hydrated.
