Now if you’re dieting, you’ve probably feasted on a few salads to say the least. The problem with salad though is the DRESSING! Even teeny tiny amounts are jam-packed with calories and fat. Bummer central I know! Well this has been one of my biggest weight loss secrets. BALSAMIC VINEGAR!!! I use it on everything, especially salads and sandwiches. They even have white balsamic vinegar which is equally delicious. One serving (about 16 grams) is only 14 calories and FAT FREE! It’s also low in sodium. Oh and it’s pretty darn yummy:) I try to buy organic balsamic vinegar, but no matter what you buy it’ll do the trick. Enjoy!
