GREEN TEA baby!  It is quickly becoming one of my fav diet tricks!  I have been super crappy about working out lately…probably because I’m temporarily crashing at my boyfriend’s house and I can’t do my Comcast workouts there.  I haven’t really mentioned this on air or in this blog yet, but long story short…my apartment building caught on fire a couple weeks ago and I’m homeless for the time being.  Hopefully I can move back soon, but the firemen saved my little Lulu and that’s all I care about:)  I’m very lucky, it could have been WAAAY worse.  THANK YOU to all the SAC Fire Stations that did an incredible job!!!  OK MOVING ON lol!  According to the latest issue of SELF magazine, sipping green tea between your workouts can help you lose weight faster!!!  A study done at the University of Birmingham in England found that exercisers who drank 3 1/2 cups of decaf green tea with each meal before cycling for 30 minutes, burned 17% more fat than those who did not.  HELLO HOT PANTS!  So to help me ditch the diet soda, I’ve been downing green tea and I totally feel the difference.  Plus when I start working out the bootie on top of it, I bet the results will be even better! I need to start jogging my happy ass around the block or something lol! Bottoms up!
